After thirty years of existence, I have finally discovered my profound sensitivity.
For so long, I considered myself a stranger in this world, almost as if I were an alien.
To my surprise, I realized that millions share this trait, and it is not a flaw at all.
On the contrary, I have uncovered strengths within myself, strengths I once believed were weaknesses.
I used to think of myself as an overly sensitive soul, quick to feel hurt, anger, sorrow, and deep emotion. I thought I was unique spending in endless hours reflecting on words or actions that wounded me, magnifying the simplest matters until they became mountains in my mind.
But then, I discovered thousands like me—individuals with breathing sensitivity.
Suddenly, I saw myself as extraordinary.
I am like a radar, able to sense far deeper and wider than ordinary people. This allows me to empathize deeply, to truly feel what others feel, and to bring comfort to those around me.
Some say I possess strong intuition, what is sometimes called the "sixth sense."
It is clear now why I am drawn to nature and all things beautiful.
My spirit finds multiplied joy in every glimpse of beauty.
A glass of water, to me, is more than mere refreshment; it is a divine masterpiece.
My tender soul longs to be surrounded by trees, sparkling brooks, and birds singing in the dawn.
While others gaze at the ground, I look up at the sky and the drifting clouds.
I cherish the gentle patter of rain and adore the scent of the earth after it has been kissed by water.
Yes, I am a sensitive person, so what?
My acute sensitivity has led me to make mistakes, but more importantly, it has taught me valuable lessons.
Those who share this trait are often artists, philosophers, and thinkers.
I love books; I find delight in reading, in the magic of films, and in stories that spark my boundless imagination. Indeed, my imagination knows no limits.
This sensitivity is a blessing, dear friend. It prevents me from hurting others.
I respect my neighbors, feel compassion for those in need, and always seek to lend a helping hand. I simply cannot witness suffering without responding with mercy.
Now, I truly know myself. I accept who I am and strive to live in harmony with my nature, always working to grow and improve.
I am, indeed, a sensitive person.
